This week was the first time I have ever used Photoshop. Given that, everything about the projects took a little bit of adjustment. In my opinion, the hardest parts about both projects were the fine details. Having the finesse to zoom on an image and erase every last bit of the original background and getting the liquefy tool to create the shape I wanted was difficult. Using the polygonal lasso was also a slight challenge when going around curves. I overcame these problems by taking a deep breath and remaining patient. Getting too frustrated would have made my work sloppy and caused more mistakes than were necessary. If I were to redo this project, I wouldn't have put a filter on my clone project, but would have added more objects. In retrospect, I feel like the filter takes away almost all of the realism and weakens the effect of the clones. |
